Ibis Styles Kota Bharu Hotel

Had a great time at Ibis Styles! The room was super stylish with thoughtful amenities like a wireless charger and a big TV. Breakfast was a fun local experience, but the bed squeaked a bit when I moved. A solid stay!

The property was in the middle of the city.

great location, it was near to many tourist attractions and the town center and shops. the twin room we stayed in was compact and modern. all the staff was outstandingly friendly and affable and we had a fast check in.

Check-in was quick, pool was unavailable .

I will come back, enjoyed its location. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to the restaurants. The staff are helpful and deserve a 3-star rating. The ambiance is family.

This well lit and quiet hotel had a central setting in an open field. Further, it was really close to the town center, the restaurant of the whole trip through Thailand & Malaysia, and Kota Bharu.

great staff but noisy surroundings

The staff were helpful, especially Bell at the front desk. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The city view from my room added a lovely touch to my experience.

Although the room was comfortable, external noise at night was a minor distraction.

Every time in Kota Bharu, I choose this place. The location of the hotel is strategic, so close to the restaurant of the whole trip through Thailand and bus terminal. It's relatively close to Lock Cafe, I tried nice desserts there.

I stayed for 2 nights in the Superior Twin Room. The room was clean, and I liked the comfy design with a window. Parking was ample too, a plus. It was fine for basic needs, but sharing it with a coworker felt a bit awkward. Still, overall, it did the job well enough.

The room was well-designed with all the essentials for our family, and our little dog was warmly welcomed. The staff even pointed us to a nice space for walks.

My wife says that the parking space was quite tight for families.

The room was super stylish and comfy with a sweet view. Ahmad, recommending local eats and all. Breakfast was a delight, especially the local dishes. Just wish the check-in process was a bit faster. Totally worth it, tho!

Just a smart choice for a walk in the evening in Kota Bharu with good price-value balance. The staff were helpful when I asked for a late check-out, made our day easier. If you need a refrigerator, ask to ensure it works well when you check in.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a superior twin room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a 15-min walk to troika. Loved that they returned my lost belongings from my last stay. The room was comfy with nice amenities, like the big tv and cool alarm clock.

but the toilet was kinda small and i could hear noises from the next room, annoying.
